ROBOT2023 - Sixth Iberian Robotics Conference

Conference Scope
----------------

We are pleased to inform that ROBOT2023, the 6th Iberian Robotics
Conference, will be held at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, during
November 22 - 24, 2023. This conference follows the previous successful
events, held in Madrid in 2013, Lisbon in 2015, Seville in 2017, Porto
in 2019 and Zaragoza in 2022. ROBOT2023 main goal is to continue the
precedent efforts in showcasing the robotics research and development of
new applications in the Iberian Peninsula. Although focused on the works
developed at Iberia, the conference is open for submissions from any
country in the world.

ROBOT2023 is Organized by: SEIDROB – Sociedad Española para la
Investigación y Desarrollo en Robótica, and SPR – Sociedade Portuguesa
de Robótica

We are hereby announcing the conference and distributing the call for
Posters and Project Summary presentations. Please pass on the
information to your colleagues that might be interested.

Project Summary Submission
--------------------------

ROBOT2023 will host a special session regarding project summary
presentations. The research groups that are willing to disseminate the
results and the achievements obtained during the development of European
or National research projects will have the opportunity to present them
in dedicated slots within such sessions.

Project summary proposals must be submitted electronically, at easychair
following the link https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=robot2023.

Once there, please fill in the form contain the following information:

* Authors

 Â Â Â  - Participants on the Project

* Title

 Â Â Â  - Name or title of the Project

* Funding

 Â Â Â  - Funding entity of the project (e.g. EU, Spanish/Portuguese
Ministry of Education, Private company, etc.)

* Abstract

 Â Â Â  - Extended abstract of the proposal (two pages maximum including
references and figures, in PDF format)

Notice that neither the abstract nor the presentation will be included
in the conference proceedings. A certificate of attendance/presentation
will be provided.

Posters Submission
------------------

Poster proposals should describe ongoing research and work in progress
in the field of robotics.

Posters must be accompanied by an abstract summarizing the work
presented and submitted electronically, at easychair following the link
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=robot2023.

Once there, please fill in the form contain the following information:

* Authors

 Â Â Â  - Author(s) of the Poster

* Title

 Â Â Â  - Proposed title of the Poster

* Abstract

 Â Â Â  - Extended abstract of the Poster (two pages maximum, including
references and figures, in PDF format)

Size of posters should be A0 or A1.

Notice that neither the abstract nor the poster will be included in the
conference proceedings. A certificate of attendance/presentation will be
provided to all participants.
