8th Iberian Robotics Conference
November 12 to 14, 2025, Porto, Portugal

We are proud to announce the Eight Iberian Robotics Conference, to be 
held at the School of Engineering of the Porto Polytechnic, from 
November 12 to 14, 2025. This conference is a platform for researchers 
and professionals to share ideas and advancements in several robotic 
areas. We invite authors to submit original contributions across all 
robotics domains, covering industrial robots, autonomous systems, 
educational robotics, and field and service robots. The conference will 
address modeling and simulation techniques, design methodologies, and 
practical applications of developed robotic systems. Additionally, we 
welcome submissions on AI techniques, computer vision and image 
processing, tactile and haptic devices, control algorithms and 
architectures, localization, mapping, navigation, and associated 
economic, ethical, legal, and social considerations. Moreover, the 
exploration of human-robot interaction, which encompasses personal and 
social robots, medical robots, and exoskeletons, representing an 
increasingly active and crucial area are also welcomed.



Paper publication
Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore (waiting approval) as 
peer-reviewed archival publications. To ensure publication compliance, 
papers must adhere to IEEE PDF standards.
