innovative assist-as-need personalized</span><span
style="line-height:150%" lang="EN-GB"> </span><span
style="line-height:150%" lang="EN-US">robotic
technology to be combined with a toxin-based
intervention to enhance the treatment of stroke
survivors with spastic gait by providing an </span><span
style="line-height:150%" lang="EN-US">objective
assessment and </span><span style="line-height:150%"
lang="EN-US">personalized treatment according to the
users’ motor intention and needs. </span></font><span
style="line-height:107%" lang="EN-GB">To achieve this
ultimate goal, </span><span style="line-height:107%"
lang="EN-GB">SmartOs</span><span
style="line-height:107%" lang="EN-GB"> includes a smart,
wearable lower limb orthosis to act as a personalized
technological solution for the robotics-based gait
training of stroke survivors. The Active Orthosis is
synergistically interconnected with a Wearable Motion
Lab that is able to collect multimodal sensor
information that will quantify in real-time patient's
motor condition and the </span>human-orthosis
interaction. <br>
