The EPIA Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a </div>

and unforeseen nature of the environment, especially for mobile robots,</div>

has fostered research in these aspects of AI. Together with the developments</div>

in Robotics Research, the use of Robotics in industry and services has </div>

changed a lot in recent years. New paradigms and approaches for industrial </div>

robots and service robots have emerged, for example, on mobile robots </div>
